Our oil cooler are especially designed and constructed for Harleys.
They are aluminium CNC machined and fit on every type of frame due to thier special design. They achieve a maximum cooling performance of up to 30% of the Oil temperature. This allows a use free of wastage for Big Twin and Sportster motors. We offer especially for these oilcooler a specific oilfilter adaptor with integrated bypass valve, it controls the oil circulation automatically. A must-have for all RBS oilcooler! We offer different versions in different surfaces, alu-polished, black anodized or – new in our program – "high polish" black anodized. Especially for Big Twin and Softail models until construction year 1999. Softail TwinCam from construction year 2000, as well for all FLX, FXD, XL, Buell models and brandnew for Single Tube- und Custom-Frames. Delivery only in pairs! |

RBS can really crack, grenades oil cooler could also shoot your bike in the right orbit. Unique in appearance and a unique design that brings your bike in the correct starting position.
For those who like it brutal, the grenades oil coolers are just right for your bike. The bullet is extra copper-plated, so that everything still looks like grenades! The grenades oil coolers are especially designed and constructed for the use on Harleys. They are milled and CNC turned aluminum and adapt to each frame by its special shape. The grenades oil cooler not only look like grenades, they also have a strong cooling effect, we offer a special automatic oil thermostat with integrated bypass valve at (00-190 RBS and RBS 00-190TC). (To go with the grenade cooler, we also offer the best grenades throttle kits, RBS 00-7040C and RBS 00-7040E).
We offer the grenades oil cooler in chrome and black anodised, up1999 for Evo and Twin Cam from 2000 up. We deliver in pairs including frame clamps!

The absolute highlight of the RBS oil cooler program are the brandnew Single Tube Oil Coolers.
They are not only convincing by its design, the entire production follows highest Germany quality standards. No visible oil connectors, no screw joints which would lock/hide the cross hole/drilling.
An ultimate highlight of German machined technique. The entire length is 450 mm. The Oil Coolers are offered for frames with an diameter of 45 mm.
Available in polished or – new in our program – "high polish" black anodized.

Brand new in our program are the RBS oil cooles for "custom bikes".
They are not only impressing by perfect design, it’s there cooling power – speaking for itself (as generally known from RBS oil cooler series).
Our Know-How manifested in immaculate manufacturing – completely CNC machined according to highest German quality standards.
The oil coolers have a maximum length of 400mm (xyz inch) with conical pointed ends. They are available for frames between Ø 29-32 and 36 mm (xyz inch) diameter.
They come either high gloss polished or – also brand new in our program – "high polish" black anodized.

They are special developed for Buell X1 oilcooler, for fixing on the left and right side on the frame (check the fixing pictures) !!! Because of the tiny construction they fit perfectly on the frame side ! For
perfect integration to the oil circulation we recommend our RBS oilthermostat (RBS 00-190). The
oilthermostat makes the installation of the oilcooler much more easier!! The oilcooler are available in
polished, and polished black anodised sold in pair!!!

Controls the flow to the oilcooler automatically and is simple mounted between oilfilter mount. A must have for every bike if you ride high performance oilcooler.
Available for all Big Twin, TwinCam, Sportster and Buell models. (Delivery without oilfilter braket holder and oilfilter.)
Attention:
The lower cool ribs of TwinCam models have to be modified when mounting. The bypass valve. For TwinCam models you have to use the OEM oilfilter because of few space (Oilfilter OEM 63782-80T).
